Locals to the area, Kate & Derek are all for the laughs. This Hamilton winter engagement skating session was inspired on doing something that was low-key, but also something they enjoy.
We took a quick drive over to a local outdoor rink before the sun rose to catch the beautiful light as it splashed onto the ice, and I stood back as Kate and Derek took to the ice. Engagement sessions really are the best way to get to know the couples you are going to be creating life-time memories for, and I learned so much about these two in only a couple hours this Sunday morning.
After warming up the ice, we quickly hopped over to a local waterfall and explored in a quiet moment for them both. These two are getting married nearby at the Botanical Gardens this year, but this is definitely one of my favourite winter days so far! Enjoy this epic Hamilton winter engagement skating session.
